COMMON TOPICS 1) Account & Subscription • Subscription Management: You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device's app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) under Subscriptions. • Restore Purchases: If you've previously subscribed, use the "Restore Purchases" option on the paywall screen or in Settings. • Account Deletion: You can delete your account and all associated data from Settings within the app. For more details, visit our Delete Account Policy. 2) Using DoseStack • Treatment Programs: Build and manage your treatment stacks, add medications, and configure dose schedules from the Programs tab. • Dose Logging: Log doses from the Today screen or the Log tab. Use injection site rotation tracking to maintain proper site management. • Symptom & Wellness Tracking: Track symptoms and daily wellness check-ins from the Symptoms tab. • Lab Results: Record and visualize lab results over time from the Progress tab. • Reports: Generate comprehensive PDF reports for your healthcare provider from the Progress tab. 3) Technical Issues • App Not Loading: Try closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, uninstall and reinstall from your app store. • Data Sync: DoseStack uses cloud-based storage. Ensure you have an active internet connection for data to sync properly. • Notifications: Dose reminders use local notifications. Make sure notifications are enabled for DoseStack in your device settings.
