Delete Account Policy

OurOdysea LLC ("OurOdysea™") App Name: DoseStack™ Contact: support@ourodysea.com Effective Date: February 13, 2026 This page explains how to delete your DoseStack account and what happens to your data when you do. This document satisfies the account deletion requirements of both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. 1) How to Delete Your Account Option A: In-App Deletion (Recommended) 1. Open the DoseStack app. 2. Navigate to the Settings tab (gear icon). 3. Scroll down and tap "Delete Account." 4. Read the confirmation message carefully. 5. Confirm deletion by tapping "Delete My Account." Your account will be scheduled for permanent deletion immediately upon confirmation. Option B: Email Request If you are unable to access the app or prefer to request deletion via email: 1. Send an email to support@ourodysea.com from the email address associated with your DoseStack account. 2. Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request" 3. Include the following in your email: • The email address registered to your DoseStack account. • A written statement confirming you wish to permanently delete your account and all associated data. We will verify your identity and process your request. Option C: Web-Based Deletion You may also request account deletion through our web form at: https://dosestack.app/delete-account 2) What Data Is Deleted Upon account deletion, the following data is permanently and irreversibly deleted: • Your account profile (name, email, date of birth, sex, preferences). • All treatment programs and protocols you created. • All medication and supplement dose logs. • All symptom logs and wellness check-in data. • All laboratory result entries. • All AI-generated provider visit summaries and reports. • All Optimization Assessment scores and history. • All exported PDF reports stored on our servers. • Push notification tokens and preferences. 3) Data Retained After Deletion Certain limited data may be retained after account deletion for the following legitimate purposes: • Security and Fraud Prevention: Technical security logs may be retained for up to 90 days to detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or unauthorized access. • Legal and Regulatory Compliance: Financial transaction records (subscription purchases, receipts) may be retained for up to 7 years as required by applicable tax and financial regulations. • Anonymized and Aggregated Data: De-identified, aggregated data that cannot reasonably be used to identify you may be retained for analytics and product improvement purposes. • System Backups: Automated system backups are rotated and purged on a regular schedule, typically within 90 days. All retained data is limited to the minimum necessary for the stated purpose. 4) Subscription Cancellation IMPORTANT: Deleting your DoseStack account does NOT automatically cancel your subscription. If you have an active subscription, you must cancel it separately through: • Apple App Store: Open Settings > tap your name > Subscriptions > DoseStack > Cancel Subscription. • Google Play Store: Open Google Play > tap your profile icon > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > DoseStack > Cancel Subscription. If you delete your account without canceling your subscription, you will continue to be charged by Apple or Google. OurOdysea LLC does not process payments directly and cannot issue refunds for platform-managed subscriptions. Contact Apple or Google for refund requests. 5) Processing Timeline • In-app deletion: Your account is immediately deactivated and personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days. • Email requests: We will verify your identity and process your request within 15 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when deletion is complete. • During the processing period, your account will be deactivated and inaccessible. 6) Account Deletion Is Permanent Once your account is deleted, it cannot be recovered. All associated data is permanently and irreversibly removed from our systems (subject to the limited retention described in Section 3). If you wish to use DoseStack again after deletion, you will need to create a new account. 7) Data Export Before Deletion We recommend exporting your data before deleting your account. You can export your data by: • Generating a PDF report from Settings > Reports in the DoseStack app. • Contacting support@ourodysea.com to request a data export.
